What is remote assistance?

Remote Assistance is a Microsoft application that allows other users to take control of someone else's computer.

What do you use it for?

We use it for helping our users get the Homebrew Channel set up on their Wii. We download all the needed files on your computer and put them on your SD Card so you can install the Homebrew Channel.

Is it safe?

It is completely safe, if you do not want us to take control of your computer, we can watch your screen instead and tell you what to do.
